Can Irwin snips be resharpened?

Unfortunately, we do not recommend resharpening snips. Most snips are equipped with at least one serrated edge, and sharpening would reduce or eliminate the serration. Also, snips have a precise-grind angle that would be lost if the snips were to be resharpened.
